Expected labour time, ordinary consumables, an area travel band and the parking choice supplied by the customer.
What can change it
Hidden damage, seized fittings, unsafe electrical conditions, incompatible customer-supplied items, difficult access, building management restrictions and extra work not included in the original job list.
Electrical jobs
Electrical work is screened first. Faults, special-location work, new wiring and work requiring certification can be passed to a qualified electrician rather than being priced as an ordinary handyman task.
Supply of fittings
Customer-supplied products are checked for basic compatibility. Where supply is requested, the product cost is confirmed before the visit.
