Information collected
The site may collect your name, contact details, postcode, job description, preferred time, access information and any photographs you choose to provide.
Purpose
Information is used to assess, price, schedule and communicate about the requested work, maintain booking records and prevent misuse of the service.
AI helper
When the secure AI connection is active, the job description may be sent to an AI service to classify the work and generate structured follow-up questions. Contact details are not required for that classification step.
Storage
Booking records are stored in the booking database used by the site. Draft estimates may also be stored locally in your browser so they can be carried into the booking page.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data held about your booking, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.
